If the teacher does not have a proper system for distributing the assignments of the absent students, then they would have to spend the valuable time of the next day in deciding the distribution of assignments to students; this will leave the whole class unmonitored, which create disruption.
Educators are expected to fulfill a lot of duties, and classroom organization is one of them. To be able to perform many different roles, teachers must organize themselves first because when they become good organizers, then everything starts to get settled.
